Moment by Moment
This wonderful letter of transformation was posted to my wall and I wanted to share it with all of you—-our words do make a difference….
Recently, I received a book in the post called “The Seeds Of Love” by Jerry Braza (accompanied by a personal note and some prayer beads too ;-))
It was only 10 years ago I read “Moment by Moment” by Jerry, whilst I was banged up on my first prison sentence…That book changed my life!
So 10 years laters I emailed Jerry and thanked him (I know long time to email someone who had such a BIG impact in your life)
However, it’s all about timing…So were now due to meet on Skype and connect…!
How AMAZING is that..?
When you look within, wake yourself up and become aware your life will improve in more ways then your mind can comprehend right now.. Know in your heart you were born to feel ALIVE….
I believe life was destined to be EPIC and must share the magic with others!
Thank you Jerry, your words changed my life xx

From Recent Newsletter # 6: During the past six months loss has been both a companion and a teacher. The premature and tragic deaths of a close friend and then a family member, the loss of a mentor and former colleague, and the witnessing of the struggles of friends journeying through cancer, have offered me a heightened awareness of the impermanence of life. I want to hold my loved ones closer to my heart. I want to be less distracted by the life’s minutia that can so easily rob me of time best spent in love and gratitude. It seems that loss and change can be huge bells of mindfulness offering us a reminder of the preciousness of each moment.
I have been making a tour of local campuses and this week and signing books. I will be sharing a reading from my book at the Duck Store on Thursday, Nov. 10th at 7:00 p.m. I hope you can join me.
It has been a busy time as my fall book tour continues. I have been inspired by the response at two of Thich Nhat Hanh retreats in Vancouver, BC and Escondido, Ca. Also, I had my first event in Salem with 120 people attending. My next event will be at the New Renaissance Book Store in Portland, OR. on Saturday, Oct. 29th between 7:00-8:30 p.m.
Please join me for a talk entitled: “The Seeds of Love” A book signing will follow.
